Playing the Game

Last Update: March 04, 2007 So, now you've read all about Darksun and want to play the game, right? Well, here's how. Step 1: Get a client that can connect to MUDs. Such as zMud, or Telnet. More info on this to come later. Step 2: Connect to darksunmud.org port 4500. Step 3: Create an account. (This is automated via email authentication) Step 4: Create a character. (After you have an account, characters are kept separate from it.) note: You can login to our forums with the same account name you used and created via http://www.darksunkings.com/phpBB2 And that's it. TSR/Wizards and all the folks at athas.org for releasing Darksun 3.0 All the original authors of the Darksun material, a lot of what is found here was written over 20 years ago! Dawnstealer/Mike for many of the great Darksun art found on the various webpages here. He really put his heart into the world of Athas. Lazloth for helping me compile/boot the mud, I still think I'd be screwing around in linux if it weren't for his help.
